"I have been with the Brett Pendergast SF office for over 18 years, and I honestly cannot recommend this specific State Farm office highly enough! Brett met my oldest son as a baby…& my son is 18 now! I feel like a part of the family with Brett’s office. It is a completely different feeling, in this day and age, to be connected to a business who actually cares about you and your family. Brett and the wonderful people of his office are a part of our community & they put so much time and effort into making sure our insurance needs are cared for in the best manner possible. Over the past two decades, I have had the pleasure of having close communications with a few different people within this office. Nowadays, people do not generally stay with a company for a long time. What really strikes me about this office? Is that the people there stay because it seems they are also treated like family. Happy people help other people to be happy 😊 Many, many years ago I worked with beautiful Ashley and she is still working there today in a different aspect of the business. I really enjoyed working with her and I’m so glad she is still available when needed. Jessica is always there for us when we have a question concerning car insurance. This has been especially important because my two oldest children have begun driving over the last couple of years. Jessica has been so very patient and guided us all along the way to make it as smooth as possible for this frantic mom 😂 Plus, the boys are so happy because insurance is actually affordable for teenage boys with this office! When needing documentation for a loan, Erin and Jennifer both came in clutch! - Not only did Erin provide the documentation I needed, but she spent time on the phone with me explaining how an insurance process worked that I was confused about. - Jennifer seriously went above and beyond on our behalf! We needed flood insurance information and, because we were pending a renewal, the loan office wanted it to process our HELOC request. However, FEMA has a 30 day policy on renewals and so it did not seem we would be able to submit it. This meant the HELOC could be held up due to the banking requirement of a 60 day notice. We settled on knowing this was the case. However, Jessica didn’t give up - a few minutes later she called to tell me that Ashley knew a work around and they were able to obtain the renewal policy for me - what a wonderful surprise! Truly, I cannot recommend this State Farm office highly enough! We are not wealthy people and yet, I could not tell you if there were less expensive policies out there… as feeling like part of a family, feeling cared about, and like you and your family matter, are truly priceless. The care that my family is given by the Brett Pendergast office is priceless to me and worth its weight in gold. You would be doing yourself a service to check them out ❤️"
